Design Agreement

I agree and happy for Fusion Graphic Arts to undertake design services for me/my business. I understand that charges are at $80 per hour and agree to make full payment within 7 days on completion of works or in 10hr increments when advised. Payment is by bank transfer. For overseas clients you can pay via Pay Pal. This is the most secure and easiest way.

For existing websites - I agree to invite Fusion Graphic Arts as Co-Owner of my website to give her the ability to carry out required tasks. When works are completed we can change role to Website Manager.

Design works remains the property of Fusion Graphic Arts until full payment is received.
